Patriot Act Disclosure
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism

financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that
identifies each person who opens a new account. What this means for
you, our member, is that when you open an account, we will ask you
for your name, address, driver’s license or other government
identification and other information, such as date of birth for
individuals, which will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to
see identification documents such as a passport or additional
